78’ Ultra Low Wake Fast Passenger Ferries
These 78' hydrofoil-assisted fast catamarans service between Bremerton and Seattle. They are 118 passenger ferries that can complete this crossing in 30 minutes with an ultra-low wake. Rich Passage #2, Reliance was delivered to Kitsap Transit and put into service in June. Rich Passage #3, Lady Swift was delivered in July.
We contributed the wheelhouse, cabin top, and hydrofoil for all three Rich Passage Ferries. The wheelhouse and cabin top are composite construction and the hydrofoil is constructed out of prepeg carbon fiber.
